Im looking for 3-4 Full Spanish Does. I want to start my own herd of these lovelies and have 26 acres to give them plenty of brush to eat. Please let me know if you have any, either adult or kids. I live in NC but am willing to travel some if needed. THANKS!!

Thanks for the tag OFA. We are currently awaiting the arrival of both pure Koy Ranch Spanish kids as well commercial Spanish influenced kids ranging from 50% Spanish to near 98% Spanish. We really have some VERY hardy, muscular, parasite resistant goats in our commercial herd. Our commercial kids are all sired by "Zorro" our pure Koy Ranch Spanish herdsire right off the ranch in Eldorado, TX. We have mostly Kiko and Kiko x Spanish x meat-type Nubian herd does so this produces excellent replacement does with a ton of meat to pass on to their kids as well as incredible parasite resistance and almost no hoof problems. We absolutely love our commercial herd because you never know what color kids will be. These commercial kids are born small and grow very fast and can survive on pasture and mother's milk and surpass other straight bred meat breeds of goat that are grain fed. We have been in the goat biz since 2000.

We are located in Corryton, TN which is 5 minutes NE of Knoxville, TN in Knox County. Probably 2 1/2 hours from Asheville straight up I-40 East.

@goatboy1973 we have found the commercial kikos or percentages to be the same way.
Yes, we have too and with the good "motherability" of the does, the Kiko is a great compliment to our Spanish. All of our Kiko and Kiko cross does are bred to our Spanish sire so in 2-3 weeks we will be having our first crop of "Spaniko" kids hit the ground. We have 4 purebred Kiko does due to kid and a few other 75%- 88% Kiko does also due in the next few weeks as well. I just can't wait to see what color kids we get (mommas are white and our buck is solid black). I'm betting they will be a tan color, my wife thinks blue/ gray, and my son thinks they will be marked up like a Holstein cow. As long as they are healthy and full of vigor, I don't care if they are green. LOL!
