Stinky buck?

Hi. I'm new to rabbits. My buck is smelly and has a strange goo around his tail end. It has a very strong odor (is it pee?). there's a cage with a girl on either side. Is it boy stuff?

Sometimes with wool breeds urine and stuff can get caught under there.

My buck is an Angora......that is probably the problem. Thank You!
