Since it was forecast to be raining just about all day, we made a run to Franklin to go by COSTCO. I got carried away on some of the good stuff and we spent almost $600. It is more practical to keep ordering their delivery service but you can't get perishables that way.

LOL DH calls Costco "the $500 Club" because you can't get out of there for much less!

We haven't been there since September so I'm surprised it wasn't even higher.

We use both Sam's and COSTCO but prefer COSTCO. We haven't been to Sam's for over a year so our membership has probably expired.

I got an interesting piece of mail today. I had arranged for my mandatory distribution from my IRA this week and it arrived this afternoon. The check arrived in an envelope that had absolutely no seal but it did get here.

I would call them and let them know that there mailing dept is not doing their job..... I mean really, not even seal the envelope...???
Are you guys getting any rain? Is it looking like some serious stuff coming? They are now saying some snow Tuesday... but that by the end of the week we might have 4-6 inches of rain...

I already contacted Schwab.

We are supposed to have some more heavy rain tonight and then a temp drop back down in the 30's. It's going to be a yo yo for the next week or so.

Same here.. Wish it would get cold and freeze the ground enough to get the cow and calf to the nurse cow pasture... it is just so wet.. he will get the truck/trailer stuck going up there right now... just one night in the 20's to firm it up good....before we get all this rain...
