Who was the guy paying for the rock? You put the work in, fought crazy neighbors, you both benefited. How long is that road?
Great job, it sure makes it easier. Now you are doing another road with yet another crazy?

Yesterday my road was flooded in front of my farm. Someone who lives past me charged through the water, kicking up a rooster tail of water. I’m hoping that it’s drained off this morning, still dark here. Guess I’ll call the do nothing county commissioner again.

Let's put it this way, he made a remark the first time meeting me asking when I was going to clean up a 5th wheel I just dragged off one of these properties we bought out here when he first came out. Was in the middle of pole barn build working my way around to disposing of it when he asked again. So for 2 years I kept the grass mowed around it, stood it straight up on it's back bumper propped up and even put a motion solar light on it so each time he drove by day or night it came on to light the trash pile up.
He got the point then.
Has been since disposed of when he finally came around wanting my help and respecting my place.

I would expect nothing less from you. I do enjoy the way you operate.

A California neighbor (since moved away) demanded that we remove the old toilet we took out of the house when remodeling. It was in the driveway on our private road but according to the neighbor it affected his property value. I don't know why he thought we would leave it there forever, but anyway DH was working 6 & 7 days a week so remodeling was going slowly, plus we do all our own work. Instead I bought a can of bright neon pink paint, sprayed the toilet and put a pot of flowers in it for several years right at the road. LOL

Sorry, I just figured with the rust looking patches on the front and some pitted looking spots on the undercarriage, that you all had salt used some on the main roads down there in the winter..... That is what happens to our stuff here with all the salt and now that damned brine they pretreat with to stop the roads from freezing with us getting so much weather in the 26-34 degree range... makes for slick roads...
The trailer is real nice... I would buy it in a heartbeat if it was here... Looks to be a 12- 14 ft one? Has one cut gate inside?
Guess that all the dirt road traveling would cause some paint etc to get chipped off.
I really like it... Here it would cost in the $3-5,000 range for a used one...
