The right feed for my new lambs/sheep...

Hello. Got my new lambs and they are adjusting well. My brother in law has been raising the babydolls for about 20 years and has been feeding them a feed from Browns in Pennsylvania. It has molasses, oats, and other stuff. The sheep love it. Unfortunately it is only sold in PA and NJ which is about 6 hours from me. Tried to find something similar, bit not having much luck. They don't seem to like the pellets very much. Anybody use anything similar to this? Thank you.

It looks like the show lamb feed that Purina makes.

Call or go visit feed stores. Carry a bag or ingredients tag with you and see if you can match it up or get close. Just watch the copper content. Too much copper will kill the sheep. You may already know this, it accumulates in their liver.

Thanks. I will check on that. Also, do you use medicated or non medicated?
