I have a runt that is 10 days old and only 3.5 #. He is a bottle triplet. He was so weak at birth and temp so low I had to take him into the house where he stayed until this past Saturday. I've taken him out to see his sisters and his mom as well as the other doe who was expecting. They all accepted him and the sisters were playing with him some and over the weekend he stayed in the nursery and then went into the main area with everyone else and all was fine. Well, this morning, Phoebe, the other doe had her babies. Now she is pushing Bear, away, and she picked him up with her teeth on his back skin and was going to drop him. He knew to get back into the nursery area where the babies can get in and the moms' can't but my question is will she continue to do this to him even if he gets bigger and she begins to get away from her babies. The poor thing fought this hard to make it and is getting stronger and bigger.
