Still working has kept me active mentally....a purpose beyond scrubbing water tubs and milking goats. šŸ˜Adjustable schedule works for me, my moods and my farm.

I am blessed with good health, no pain, original parts.šŸ¤£

I'm just gonna keep rolling along until the engine quits.
Make sure you change the oil!

Try to eat and drink right (sips lager). Take care of your teeth. Be mindful of bone fractures that could become arthritic. Mind your feet. When feets ainā€™t happy, ainā€™t no one happy (sorry Mama).

Yes the feet! I developed plantar fasciitis last fall, which is mostly gone, but I still have heel pain. In the am, I walk like an old person!!!!
I know it's not the same - and I didn't have mine looked at - had terrible heel pain a few years ago. Constantly taking shoes off, putting them back on, slip-ons. Then I started using a shoehorn. Bingo - within days the pain went away. It was the constant hitting the heel on the back of the shoe to "slip" the shoe on. Sometimes the easiest fix works. I was lucky.
