One of the cutest goats I ever saw was "Pygora" a pygmy crossed with an angora. Really cute breed.

Keep in mind that they have to be shorn every year.

Of course you need another goat breed! One is never enough. Not many people sell pygoras around here so the few breeders getting top dollar for registered stock. But they also do all the area fiber competitions too and do very well at them.

Of course you need more goats! If I had the time I woudl love to get into spinning and weaving and get some angoras but right now no time. I am still trying to find the time to learn cheesemaking.

I am toying with the idea of getting an Angora and doing Nigerian crosses for Nigoras!
You always need another breed of goat!
