Trying to find the Animal Unit per Acre for OHIO?

We're not looking at properties, yet. I just want a better idea about the amount of land we might need and how much we might need to grow bigger into the future.


Cows - Highland Cattle
Pigs- Hereford Hog OR Large Black
Chickens- Buckeye OR Orpington
Turkeys- ?? No idea, any suggestions?
Sheep- ?? Any suggestions?


And possibly down the road, Horses.

I would check with the County Extension Offices in counties you are considering. They should be able to help you. Not until Monday though. :/
