Ok good, we have 2 FF yearlings kidding. The fat one has a little udder showing but not a whol lot (She has about 5 weesk to go) and the first one due doesnt really eaither but she has alot of hairhoneymeadows said:And sometimes the first fresheners really fool you - they can wait right up to the last week or two before showing anything.

Some will start to get a little bit at 8 weeks before kidding, but almost always by 4 weeks before kidding there is an obvious udder development, Not huge but obvious. and like mamaboid say, the last 3 weeks or so is when it really starts to grow. But it really varied between breeds and ages of the goat as far as how big it gets before she kids. My 2 year old Boer does don't have hardly any udder compared to my 10 year old nubian Boer cross.
