My baby was 2 weeks on this past Sunday. She still has her umbilical cord hanging down. It is dried up but has not fallen off. I did not tie it someone else did.
What do I do? Do I leave it or what. Thanks.

Leave it alone, it will fall off on it's own. Hopefully it was dipped in 7% iodine right after birth.

Don't mess with it, it's an opening for bacteria.

I didn't do anything with my girls cords till they were quite dried up and hard, then I snipped most of it off, leaving about 1 to 11/2 in as I was afraid they would get them caught in something since by this time (two weeks or so) they were becoming quite active, jumping and playing around. Didn't go near the belly, and now, at just over four weeks, they are all healed up and fine.

I have three and four week olds and one still has her stub left. So long as it is dry and not infected, I'd let it be-it will eventually fall off.
