Dietary, probably. I've a couple of ewes who have loose bowels much of the time, but have yearly lambs and are otherwise healthy.

Strongyles is a small roundworm. 2 eggs is a very small amount and older sheep become worm resistant to an extent.

It will be interesting to see if her scours resolves across the winter when you feed her on some form of dried grass. My 2 'Scourers' almost always improve at this time.

Yeah, it must be dietary and her guts are sensitive. Its a relief that its not worms and its definitely not Johnes. We have a barn full of local grass hay for this winter so I hope the scouring settles down when she's on dryer feed. At the beginning of last winter I was feeding grass hay and everything was fine, but then we switched to alfalfa and she scoured a lot on the alfalfa.

You've cleared the worms and she doesn't have Johne's (thank goodness!).....but she'll probably remain a slender young lady. There's a few ewes who resemble those tiny, skinny folk who eat massive amounts and stay that way. No worries, though, these skinny but otherwise healthy ewes tend to lamb very easily and often have lots of milk, too (the Holstein of the sheep world).

Its a relief that she's sensitive to feed and its not something much worse. She did lamb easily and her single lamb from February grew incredibly fast and is very healthy. I don't mind treating with kaolin pectin as needed- the big jugs aren't too expensive to keep on hand :) Thank you all again for your support and advice. I'm always afraid to post on message boards with questions about a sick animal because a handful of people always go on the attack. Such a nice feeling being here. Thank you!
