Ok, I have a weak four month old Shetland ram lamb who was being pushed out of his food.
I checked his eye lids and found them to be an unusually pale pink so I de-wormed him.
Given the heat, the bullying out of his food, and the worms, is it safe to assume that he went down hill from stress? Or should I call the vet and request them to draw some blood and have it tested?

I brought him inside the moment I realized something was up. Gave him food, which he inhaled, and fresh hay as well as water after his deworming.
In the morning he had perked up a bit, had normal pellets for poop, and even made an attempt to get away from me when I carried him outside. So I am hopeful.

Also when should he be de-wormed a second time? 10 or 14 days?

Is there anything else I should do to help perk him back up?

If he is eating/drinking good, he probably will pick up from the extra food and being dewormed.
I wouldn't worry about the vet at this point unless he goes yet further down hill, or hasn't picked up in a week or two, but that is totally up to you!
A second dose of wormer wouldn't hurt, 10 - 14 days!

Ok, Dominic is still skinny, I know its only been a week but i'm just worried.
How long should it take before I start to feel an improvement in him?
Hes definitely picked up his energy since I have been feeding him apart from the others, but how long should I wait to see if he gains weight back? How long should I wait before I worry that hes not gaining weight, if he does not gain weight?

He's really adorable! He looks pretty plump from the side. Does he seem to be doing better? He's sooo cute!

He seems to be moving around a lot better and his stomach is nice and round. His spine however is still feelable which I dont like :(
Hes like a....2 on the scoring chart.
His eyelids are nice and pink, and he is eating very well now :D

I think it sounds like he is on the right track, and doing good!!! :thumbsup It takes about twice as long for sheep to put the weight back on as it takes them to lose it!
