The anemia takes time. Right now the biggest focus would be to make sure she is eating some kind of foliage and hay if she will eat the hay. Keep her hydrated as well. Look around the eye socket especially if even slightly sunken then you may need to drench her with water. If she is drinking water then fantastic.
Not sure of your location but keep in mind many electrolytes or water additives will have a sugar base and in the heat it will breed bacteria so fresh cool water is best. If you need to give electrolytes just drench... don't leave out in the sun or heat.

Since you bolused her which I think was a smart move as most feeds and minerals are inadequate, it is gradual release if you gave it in the capsule so that is good.

How many days in a row did you give red cell and how much?

I would only milk her enough to relieve her if she is getting engorged, at this point I doubt she is making much given all the other issues.

If the temp is still low then she may need CMPK.

That is the hard part as we are all layman here and vets have a purpose, unfortunately not everyone has a good goat vet near them.
As fellow goaties we want to help each other but sometimes it can get confusing as we cannot see the animal or have all the info and generally go by experience.
It is clear you love her and want to do right by her, just keep in mind often it is not overnight.
I agree with OFA... she may have some respiratory issues going on as well.

I live in central VA. She is actually almost completely dry, and has been that way for a few weeks. She has been getting about 6ml a day of redcell I think. I dont have much left.

I would back off on that. When you look at the back of the jug you will see all the values. Giving this everyday can cause toxicity.
