Weaned my kits last week and decided to rebreed the doe today. I put her in and my buck went to town, only problem was he was in the wrong town. Anyways, she wanted no part of him or was playing hard to get. I ended up just leaving her in his cage and went on with my chores. She was in there for six hours total, unsupervised. Reckon that they bred? Should I put her back in tomorrow after work?

You should always watch to view a breeding. Otherwise, there's no way to know for sure until you palpate. Otherwise you're waiting a month and gambling on whether or not they come. It's a big gamble of time and money in my opinion. That's why I always make sure I see at least 2 to 3 successful mounts. Then there's no need to put them together again.

In your case, I'd put them together again and make sure you see them have success.

I would keep it within 24 hours. Preferably less, but no more.

The standard answer to did they bred is this. If you wanted them to then probably not and if you don't want them to then absolutely!
