I have the $120 all-terrain cart from Tractor Supply. It can carry 5-6 bales of hay/straw, which is useful when you can't park your truck or trailer near your hay storage, due to mud, ice, 12" of snow, tight spaces, etc. Just load it up and bring it to where you need it.

Also buckets, buckets, buckets! You will find a use for every bucket you buy, from hauling feed and water, to using as feeders and waterers, catching mice, weighing newborn lambs (or kids), etc.

Scales--accurate weights allow for precise dosages of medications as well as keeping track of growth rates for breeding and selection. Animals that grow faster in your management system = more profitable animals (they are more feed efficient).

Multi-tool, pliers,knife,wire-cutters. Quick-stop or other blood coagulate for animals and people. Mobile phones. Imagine being hurt and unable to get back to the house or summon help. Make sure local first responders have some familiarity with your property if it's rugged. Do not depend on firing an SOS with a firearm. And yeah a firearm is sometimes necessary.
