They look like mixed goats to me. Probably have Boer in them but definitely not fullblood.
kinda what I was thinking can see some Boer influence

They look polled and they seem to have wattles. They do have Boer in the for sure but not full Boer at all.

They look like they have some nice width in the front, but hard to see their structure from just that picture. Boer crossed with dairy will produce fast growing kids. Can he ask the seller about their percentage? make sure if he is buying does he is checking for fish-teats. Extra teats are okay, 2x2 or extra non-functional teats that are not attached to the main teat. But fish-teats/split teats can cause more problems as the doe ages making it harder for the kids to latch on when first born.

I think they look kind of nice from that picture.
but the wattles are not normal for Boer goats, so they for sure have something else in them. Ears are a pretty good length. They have a longer face shape than a full-blood boer which would be normal for a dairy breed.

I'm thinking Toggenburg x Boer. It really depend on what he wants out of a goat. If he is wanting them as meat, I'd say sure. As pets, why not. For milk or show, I'd say no.

It wholly depends on what he wants em for. Weed control? They're great. In fact they're probably good for anything except being really prolific milkers. Now, if all he wants is something to throw him a gallon or so a week for his family, he'll probably get that. Something for the freezer, he'll absolutely enjoy them.
