Where do you buy a good cow bell and collar?

We brought our 3-4th cows home this weekend. They jumped the fence a day later, so I got to take a tour of our woods while searching for them. I'd like to put a cow bell on them. Who sells a nice loud bell, where can you get a good collar?

Our craft store sells nice cow bells- brass ones that are loud... also NASCO supply sells them. not as much fun as dinging them in the store though
