Well and good and bad update. I ensure you it was not Foot and mouth disease. That is the good news. After many test and treatments the doe had to be put down
Her kidneys were failing. The Vet has come to the conclusion that she had some type of toxin in her??? Not sure what but at least she and her baby's are not surfing. Thank you for all your input it was very helpful!
That makes sense since the build-up of toxins from kidney failure can cause blisters/ulcers in the mouth. I had a doe in kidney failure after I moved her to a new pasture and she gorged herself on acorns...luckily she came out of it after a few days on IV fluids, but she had projectile vomiting the whole time, which is NASTY in a ruminant.
