why can't i post an image

can someone tell me why I can't post an image. i get an error message telling me about a big problem with spam and to reduce my number of urls in my post to 0

We encourage you to introduce yourself and answer some other questions or comment on a few things that interest you until you are able to post pictures. Thank you.

The journals are a great way to meet people (seriously, just jump in head first), and if, you havent already, there is a new member section, where you can introduce yourself and tell us all bout your goats and other critters.

and honestly, the addiction only gets worse. I gave up and quit struggling. I mean, right now, I have slimy hair from a slobbering goat and am quite happy about it.
