Roll, were your positive does vaccinated for anything in the past 6-8 weeks? That can cause a positive result. You may want to send in samples from the ones who tested positive to Biotracking, just to get a second opinion. Does your test tell you what percent or level they tested?
If she's just freshened, as Roll indicated, I'd be willing to hazard a guess that she was vaccinated with C/D-T within the last 6 weeks -- if not more recently.

The plot thickens.. :pop
That's what I'm hoping happened. I thought that was the case when I tested my girl, because I gave her CD/T only a week or so before drawing blood.

I had her retested and her titers were actually HIGHER after waiting the 8 weeks! :ep

Ummm....Doodle'd be the only one who's been vaccinated recently, Missie and Puffy both kidded in Dec. / Jan. and would have been vaccinated in Nov / Dec.

Doodle is our favorite....had quads last year and looks to be carrying another really full load this year. She was vaccinated 2 weeks before testing...she's due March 28th.

And Belle, who was vaccinated 5 weeks ago...was negative.

I'll try and have the next round ran when nobody's recently kidded...

Honestly, I'm not real het up about it, just confuzzled.

And yes, CM, I understood you perfectly.....and agree.

They called after I left for work and said our Selenium levels are 'normal'....apparently the BoSe is working. I might play around next year and not BoSe a doe and see if there's a difference between that one and one I do give BoSe to.

Arrrrgh....goats....trying to raise them 'right' is like peeing upwind...just doesn't pay.
