Worms or plant matter?

Is this worms or plant bits in my sheep poop test. They have ridges all along the length. The camera doesn't pick it up. Magnification 100x

Really looks like plant matter to me.

Plant matter. What you actually look for is the worm eggs. The only worms that you can actually see, to my knowledge, are tapeworms in their poop.

Those are really cool photos. It would be neat if some of the other folks who do their own fecal tests could post photos of the worm eggs they look for.

I’ve tried to take pictures, but it’s always a flop!

Sometimes I guess you can see little fly larvae if the fecal was a little old and your flies are off the charts. Not inside the animal though.

Yes, that would be amazing. I find it hard to identify just from photos on Google.
