Work with your brother to train her that the drone is ok. He MUST listen to your instructions. Yes, he is being a jerk, laughing at your horse’s fear.
Hold the drone and let her approach it. Let her sniff it. Back away and place it on the ground. Pick it up and repeat letting her sniff it. Back away, place it on the ground, turn it on and hover a foot off the ground. This is going to scare her , so lower it, turn it off and go back to step one. Repeat this several times.

When training horses, ALWAYS END WITH A POSITIVE. The last thing that happens is what they will remember. Right now, she remembers being chased and afraid of the drone. A good place to end is her being relaxed and unafraid, your brother holding the drone and letting her sniff it.

Don’t over do it, a short session is better than hours of trying to get it right.

What @Baymule said - and it's not a "one and done" thing - it is a training process just like any other thing - doing it over many days or weeks or whatever it takes.

I will try that when I have time time right now I am only at home the whole day for about 3 of 7 days of the week so when I find some days I am home I can work on that with her

It only takes a few minutes a day. 5 minutes - short and sweet. Simple way is to do it right before you feed. Let her sniff the drone, then feed. It doesn't have to fly - especially when you start training her to get used to it.

I just thought I would say this so here we go then I have no friends and my best friend is my BeefBuilder calf that I haven't even named yet. I just talk to my calf but sometimes I am glad I can just talk to my calf and him not judging me if I say something stupid.

you know there is something wrong with you if your only friend is a calf that you haven't even named yet;)

I wouldn't say that there's something wrong with you. We are individuals, each of us with our own special personality.

I talk to my cat, and my chickens. Sometimes they talk back!

Some really are my BFF....so, you're not alone. :hugs

When I was your age, not many others my age were interested in farms & animals...and I wasn't interested in some things they were. Just be understanding and true to yourself.
