Fen is absolutely solid! He used to hate it, but now he loves working for me ( the hooman vending masheen)
I wish I didn’t need him for mobility, but then Boone LOVES going to town, meeting people, escorting me everywhere. I’m lucky to have them as they are both pretty exceptional

Boone won’t stop playing this dang puzzle. Everytime he finishes it he plops it in my lap demanding I load it for him again 😳

I've got that same one. It lives in a drawer most of time.
Both Fen and Boone love this thing!! Fen has a hard time pulling the little bones out because Boone squished them so they are a little tight and his teeth aren’t as long. He can’t quite get the grip but he manages. Boone is addicted to the thing. I make him pick all the little bones up and put them in a bag hoping he will forget the puzzle by the time he’s picked them all up, but no such luck

I was waffling over which dog to take for the 3 day stay in town. They both have pros and cons.
Fen can’t do mobility. Boone is hard to fit some places and is still in training.
Fen is finally totally solid. With Boone I won’t need a walker. Fen lets me know when I’m about to have an anxiety attack. Boone is big enough I can keep my hand on him at all times which keeps me grounded better.

Randy took Fen to the shop today and let him lay in the grease 🤬

Looks like Boone is going to Meridian for 3 days.

Boone has gotten worse each trip down the dirt road. The day we left he damn near got us all killed. He started out great, wearing his RexSpecs, head out the window, tongue flapping in the breeze, then panicked so badly he damn near got us killed. He was screaming, biting the metal grille divider, forced it to bed and got his head and front leg over on me while I was driving…it was BAD. He hasn’t enjoyed the trip much, pacing a lot in back seat, not eating, barely drinking…We can’t find a vet in Idaho that will prescribe anything for me to get him home safely so we will pray I can get him there. I am going to retire him as a Service Dog and use Fen and the walker from now on. I won’t put Boone through this again. 😰
