Howdy all! Been a busy last couple of weeks. Had goals and intentions of getting up to run this morning, mostly to help my sanity before work. But decided this morning that sleep sounded better. Hazy and hot here. Helped a friend with sheep all morning at the County Fair. Came back to check on dogs, and headed back soon to watch the pig show. Going to have to go for a late run tonight.

Mid to upper 80's here in Colorado. Hottttt. Worked this morning, taking a break because I am house sitting for 6 dogs, but then back in a bit to feed dinner to horses, and then heading to help a friend get sheep ready at the County Fair.

@Margali That does not sound fun. We had nearly 3000 ft elevation gain today. Two weeks ago, I had 7k over the milage. I am torn between enjoying the mountain views, and the brutal pain of the climbs. So are my knees.
