Hey Ya'll! :D (Patience, ergghhhh... hard! I'll get there though....)
Summer's started and all is well on the happy farm. Good news, In About 12 days I'll have chicks! :celebrate
Bad news, I've got poison Ivy all over my foot and a bit up my left leg. :barnie I've been relaxing lately, :clap...
So are my goats overweight? Sorry the pics are B&W.
Betty is white with spots on her and Kisses is brown with a black stripe down her back.
Here's a little history:
Betty is a 5 year old, is not bred, but I plan to do it possibly this fall. I'd like to get her to lose a little weight...
I am sure they love it! I have no idea if my goats like it because I haven't seen any in their yard, but right now both my feet are covered with it! I hate it. SO itchy.
Nothing. Noda. NO- color. In my humble opinion- no dying hair. In my humble opinion of course. Do what ever you want, but what I think: No dying hair.
I say you can color it if you get up in age when the grey starts to come in, but pink or green? No. My 2 cents though!
It might just be making her/his/it's little sound. It might be a little call.... If it seems serious, don't fret. It's neat but remember, Leave nature alone. If you feel worried PM rolls.
She once helped a fawn.
Dh means Dear Husband. You can check out the abrvs. in the FAQ. Welcome! Don't worry about being a crazy animal person. There's no such thing, only people who love animals! ALOT!
I would keep an eye on her. I have slept on in my barn a few times and I noticed that my does will also eat at night. She might just be full. Does she show any other signs?
If she doesn't eat by this evening or late tonight (next day) I would then call my vet.
Dear SD,
I do not know how to help you, but if you search, "Headbutting" or "How to stop headbutting" it should pop up. Or another helpful person might be able to help!
