7 moms moved out to wean their lambs.
New bale put out.
Let the bottle babies out to hopefully start eating hay.

None of the yearlings had any sign of an udder, so didn't bother to test them.

Really green and plentiful forage save hay $$

Moved all of the ewes, except Eloise, out of the barnyard. Somehow, Riachu, who lost her lambs, was missed all this time. She got fAt on hay!
Left Kibito where she was out in the thin momma grass pen, and moved her lambs to the barnyard for weaning.
Redid the barn to let lambs use most of it. Added a long wood feeder to switch them to it tomorrow.
Also set up the new pup pen in the barn.


Best way to get to feeder is over, right...? Or through the fence & get stuck...

She flopped down, then rolled & got stuck. Tubby! Moved out to the other ewes, finally.

Moved the bull n heifers to the paddock below the arena. Need the 3 paddocks they were in to grow, so I can move the ewes through them. Not sure of their dog will stay or escape yet, never been off the 4.5 acres w/barn. Now it's out in the open, but trees for shade. There's the pond overflow to wallow in, too.

She found the mud first.



Then I got the new employee settled in. He does not approve of car rides...First dog or cat that has ever pooped and/or puked in there! Also droodled himself sopping wet.
Anywho, he's decent about quieting down when I leave out of sight.
