About...
21 rolls of fencing & 500 tposts. $7,850. Plus bracing kits where possible & wood posts w/bracing where needed.
Tax and/or delivery charges cancels out any kind of bulk discounts. Unknown amount for that, probably 500+.

I think this will be a 2-3 pastures a year building project. 3.5yrs before it's done. Hmm.

Oh, reusing fencing!
1,325 feet/3 rolls of fencing & about 88 tposts. $1,190 less.
$6,660 plus the misc not counted before.

I wonder if less pastures is possible...

Yep, I'm reworking my fencing....not all at once!! Can't. $$$. I am reducing some cross fencing, using posts elsewhere. Even some "old but useable" fence to patch areas that may be needed.

Fencing -- huge job. Huge $$. Add gates. For me, electric wire too. Tired & broke :old I feel your pain!

Hmm.

Been thinking of how things worked with 20-30 sheep, and if I make 7 big paddocks, it should work like that again with 50 sheep. At least, it should give me a few years to be able to do the rest. 🤔

I can remove 4 fence lines to make 3 paddocks on the old 4 acres, for now.
Then finalize the two road paddocks.
After that, redo the paddock below the arena & add the steep hillside one to also be final sizes.
That'll give 7 good sized paddocks to rotate through until I can get to the rest!

In between, I can work on swapping the track hotwire for mesh fencing. Then add the right side & lollipop around the drive & house.

Lastly, add the straight down fence lines to finish off the 6 paddocks & remove the one red fence line.

I think this might be the best compromise & plan. I shouldn't need to buy fencing nor tposts for this plan of 7 paddocks either!
