Abscess at SQ injection site. How to treat?

I gave my two Nubians a SQ injection of Lysigin for a sub clinical staph mastitis they are dealing with and now noticed both have lumps at the injection site. I have given other injections in with no issues. Will these continue to grow and burst? Should they be drained? Any chance they go away on their own??

Normal reaction. No need to treat. My sheep get those even when I give CD/T vaccinations.
