Sorry, I can't help myself. I sure hope your not jetting to the Mcdonalds near the Sacre Couer. You might not stay married long.

We have one DexterXAngus cow in our herd, mother was a short legged Black dexter cow and a black angus bull(neighbours runaway......... jumped our fence). She was such a small calf! Now she is maybe 5 inches higher then her mom but about 3 times her width!

Also just because the bull is a dexter doesn't mean the calves will be small, our current bull Henry - a short legged dun dexter(looks like a buffalo on stumpy legs)- throws the hugest calves we have ever seen. I could always pick the dexter calves up for about 2 weeks after birth, the ones Henry produces I cannot lift at all, tried to pick one up after being born to check the gender.... it didn't happen. And when born they look like they are already a month old, great muscle tone, and again- HUGE-!
