I fed Spot at 11:00 and he ran to greet me. Sheba went with me out on the field. Granny charged, hitting Sheba and knocked her rolling. Sheba sprang to her feet snarling her displeasure as Granny triumphantly strolled away with her ewe lamb. Spot was a little nervous after that, finished his bottle and scampered to Granny. 2:00 feeding was uneventful. I went out and fed all the sheep, closed up the ewes for the night and fed Spot his 5:00 bottle. He’s following Granny but comes running when he sees me. This is working.

With her first lamb last year, she wasn’t sure she wanted that thing. I put one of the dogs in with her and she got defensive of HER lamb real quick. Hahaha! I used her for Buford training. He was scared to death of her and hid behind me. Gotta love Granny!

Obi Wan says his mom put an E collar on our feisty ewe. A few zaps and she pretty much stopped misbehaving. 🤣
