That’s for sure! But I can be done in 2 months and have a year’s supply of meat. Plus I have a customer that pays well for that chicken. I give her all the feet, she makes broth. And she gets the necks, livers, gizzards and hearts from the chickens she bought. I keep the livers and gizzards from the rest for me. Hearts and necks plus skin from skinless boneless cuts go to the dogs.Skinning rabbits is so much faster! And they taste like chicken. LOL
