Can I use medicated feed and still milk

The feed Ive been using is medicated..My new ND doe is pregnant and will kid soon....Should I switch to a non medicated feed before she kids and before I start milking ?..Or can I still use the medicated feed and have useable milk....

It is possible that the medication could make its way into the milk (depends on the med). I did put mine on a nonmedicated feed since we were drinking the milk and using it for cheese, but it is really a personal choice.

You would really want her to be off the medicated feed before you start drinking the milk.

I believe milk for human consumption, you should not use medicated feeds.

Thanks everyone for the help..that is what I thought but wanted to make sure...I was wanting to switch feeds anyway so now I know to get some non medicated.....I'll get some this weekend and start mixing it to change over while I still have some of the other..........Thanks Again..........Mike
