Good morning from wild and wonderful Wyoming! Not much to tell - just an old lady living with hubby in northwestern Wyoming, not too far from Yellowstone Park. No barnyard critters except chickens. I've been active on BYC for a while and thought I'd wander over and see what the rest of the world is doing. Gonna take a little time to learn to maneuver here so I hope you'll all be patient with me as I learn!

Welcome from NW Mississippi! :frow
There are quite a few that have dual memberships, so don't hesitate to jump in and post. What kind of chickens do ya have?
We have goats, chickens, ducks, and cats...the chickens are GLWs...we have 9hens and 2roos.
Never hesitate to post pics either, we all are just animal Lovers and enjoy them all. There is a whole bunch of info and pics contained in the many "Threads" of the Forums, so search, read, and by all means ask your questions.
Again :welcome

Welcome to BYH! I'm a BYC transplant too. :D I remember seeing you over there a few times.

It does take a little getting used to but trust me...it's worth it. :)

Really? Is that a "gee, how nice" or an "oh-oh"? ;) It's nice to be here!

Thank you! I have all kinds of chickens, ranging from Silkies to Ohio Buckeyes! My favorites are my Easter Eggers. You may well regret reminding me about posting pictures! I'm such a photo-sharer anyway that I'm sure I'll wear that out quick enough!

Thanks for the welcome. This is all so new and different and I've already found things that I really like - and people that I really like. So I think after a period of adjustment I'll make as many mistakes here as I manage to do over there!

Hiya Blooie!

For those so unfortunate as to not already know her, Blooie is a lot of fun. Great stories. She's kinda "bipolar". Humorous, self effacing. Claims to not be the brightest crayon in the box, but when she is serious, you see right through that. She is a bright crayon, a sharp tack, anything but a dim bulb. In all cases she is thoughtful in her posts.

I heart Blooie (maybe you can tell).

A whole lot of chickens running make a lot of noise, I consider them a herd ;)

Welcome from New Hampshire! What a reputation you have, according to Bruce

I have goats, pigs, chickens and heritage turkeys. I've had a random assortment of chickens as well but am truly in love with my Dominiques. Tough, hardy (I am sure you appreciate hardiness where you live also!) and usually calm. Going to try out some EE's this year for fun, too.

Looking forward to pictures!
