Thank you! I have all kinds of chickens, ranging from Silkies to Ohio Buckeyes! My favorites are my Easter Eggers. You may well regret reminding me about posting pictures! I'm such a photo-sharer anyway that I'm sure I'll wear that out quick enough!


Thanks for the welcome. This is all so new and different and I've already found things that I really like - and people that I really like. So I think after a period of adjustment I'll make as many mistakes here as I manage to do over there!

I'm on BYC, but not at all active. I mostly use my account to ask a few questions when I have them and then it pops up on Google when I ask Google chicken-related questions.

Please post photos of your chickens. I love my other animals (goats and rabbits), but I'm a chicken person first and foremost. I saw that you have some Easter Eggers. I also have a few of those. One of them is an evil little thing that thinks its her duty to protect the roosters, while the other is a lovebug.
Definitely one of my favorites along with Orpingtons!
