Dog with bump on eyelid.

I’m not sure this is the right place to post, but thought I’d give it a try. Our dog developed this bump on her eyelid about six months ago, and I just figured that she’s getting old (9 years) and thought maybe it’s a tumor or something. Anyways, I was doing some research, and was wondering if it could be some sort of clogged gland? Does anyone have experience with this?

No idea here and I've had dogs for over 60 yrs - training and working.

It looks like a tiny bump forming, that leads me to think maybe a splinter, getting ready to open and drain pus.
