If they’re alive when I find them I’ll give it a shot. Or at least get them some place out of the way and warm etc til the end. I expect we all do the same. Thank you for the condolences. They mean a lot. And tomorrow is another day.Absolutely keep some goat colostrum in the freezer. Sheep colostrum would be better but if your sheep won't allow you to milk, goat colostrum is just as good. Also get some goat mill and freeze it for emergencies. The natural goat milk combined with commercial or homemade replacer works better than straight replacer. I use unpasteurized goat milk half and half with replacer for bottle babies. CAE doesn't happen in sheep so no need to heat treat colostrum or pasteurize the milk.
Sounds like your 3 little guys were beyond help when you found them. So sorry for your loss. Not only disappointing and sad for you, but financially as well.
