Coffee is ready! I’m not. I’ve got to clean up the house, but it’s been too nice of weather to be inside. Need to wrap Christmas presents too. Need to go get dog food, maybe I’ll do that today.

I got a seed catalog yesterday, southern exposure, but don't need seeds! I'll look at it to read the info on various plants & plantings. No wine, least I place an order. Last year I didn't plant so overloaded with seed!!! But I'll read!

Slept in myself. Was up for Leo o’ clock again, third time this week. I think it’s a game now. Gave me time to read about my Marans chickens. WW2 nearly ended them and game fowl were included in the breed salvage plan. Lord knows why. I believe it though because I’ve been ambushed three times at evening feed time by Mr. Cogburn below. (Ok who hasn’t named a rooster Cogburn or at least thought about it?). If he doesn’t quit flogging me however he’ll wind up Mr. Dinner.
