Something gong on with the outlets in the breakroom tonight. Nothing working on 3 walls. The 4th has stuff piled up fighting for outlets.
Personal cells are NOT allowed in the working areas, but mine is out there tonight since there isn't a plug available to charge it in the breakroom.
I'd just about kill for a cup (or 3) of coffee, but since I'm the only coffee drinker, the keurig isn't priority to use a plug.

If I get desperate enough.... I'll sit it in the hall!

My texts are not secure from the Chinese. Ok. They now know Hubbs is bringing home barbecue for dinner. They also know that an extremely obscure Star Trek Next Generation character is named after my grandmother. (Sent the clip to my brother). Actually I know the text thing is serious but I can’t rid myself of the image of Chinese computer nerds owlishly trying to fathom American text culture. Zhu wo hao yun. (Good luck boys).

I've been watching STNG on loop for days - has its own station on Roku.
Which character is it? Bet I've seen them this week.

Coffee is ready. Woke up at 4, made myself lay in bed until 5. Quietly got up and made coffee. Sarah and Leighton are asleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Their daughter is in the granddaughters room, @Ridgetop and DH are in son’s room. I’m back in my room, but I have COFFEE!

Aaaaaannndddd it’s raining. 40F and drizzling. At least I won’t get over 3” like on Wednesday.

15.....that's my wake up call for COLD. In my area that is winter frigid, rarely seen cold. Still dark but, no doubt it's a hot water toting morning. Was cold all day yesterday....30s from wind chill. Holy cow I'm really, really not liking this.

Cold in house. I'm sure the meter is whizzing around, I turned heat on & going full bore. Such a cold wuss. Time to rise and layer up. Feeling sorry for the animals, no heaters in the barns. OMG if it's like this for winter kidding I'll freak

My wonky furnace was acting up when I got home this AM. 58° in here. I've been running it slowly through cycles gaining 3° to 5° each time.
Thankful for a little lap size electric blanket. If I wasn't hoping to go to sleep soon I'd be having a nice steaming hot cup of coffee right now.
I knew a guy who hated coffee but enjoyed the hot cup of something in the mornings. He drank a mug of hot water...
Have you ever heard of that?

I used to do that. Hot water, tea or coffee always works for me. Though now I've got my fancy shmancy coffee maker it's coffee 99% of the time.
