Komondor...whoa, seen those when I watch the shows. Thinking "I'd have to shave that" 😳😋 Seems every little burr would jump in 🤷 Full bloods look like a lot of grooming.

There's abundant sun here today, 63 now, moving to upper 70s, winds dead now, only picking up slightly later. Sounds perfect -- what can go wrong?🤔😋 Need to round up some things being held hostage by fences they were blown into. See how motivated after that for that piece of fence to be replaced. Plus I have grass to cut. Switch attachment on tractor for that -- DDs mower is in shop....should move goats to another field. Grass is growing but, still slowly. Gonna be a "jump around" sorta day. What happens, happens 😁

Loud rumble we could feel. Awfully short to be an earthquake but much too long for sonic boom. Very strange. We do not live in earthquake country anymore, although long ago there was one here that was 10.0. I didn’t know they GOT that big! Inconceivable to me as every # behind the decimal = 10x bigger so every #= 100x bigger! I suppose it could be thunder. We do get lots of that but it certainly feels different than the thunder we usually have. But that’s what my mind will settle on so I can rest easy.
Needing coffee big time.
Boone came in to wake us after Fen woke us. Boone no longer jumps on the bed, he STEPS UP on the bed!
My fingers touch his back when he stands next to me and if he stands on 2 legs our eyes are almost level.
Randy put a deadbolt on front door so Fen can no longer let himself out. He’s not happy about it. He’s been trying every exit from the yard gate to the house and no success.
we pay for having super smart dogs 🐕
Fen is on a hunger strike again because Cody D’s dog is in season. I just started getting some weight in his boney little body and now this.
Boone is working on a snuffle mat. He’s a very happy guy. So was Heath. They share a lot of the same qualities although Heathen was little and was the smartest dog I ever knew and our bond was super strong . It almost killed me saying goodbye.
There goes another long boom. Probably thunder. I don’t want to see the lightening strikes that go with it!
