Up at 4:30, coffee. Chores at 6, day breaking. Shower, change, to work at 8. Dentist at 1...2 hrs there
home at 3:40. Want coffee soooo bad but, numbed up and can't handle the swallow yet. 
Please, no more of these days. At some point in about 3 wks, I'll go in for the 2 perm crowns to go on. The done.
Did stop at a hay dealer I use & had some beautiful orchard/Alf heavy. Of course, I was in the car
. So back there tomorrow with trailer....dang 30 miles out.
