Sunny & cool but warming. Arm much better! The pain sensitivity very low and no stabbing shots of it. The plantain/comfrey oil is doing a great job, plus the carrier oil is making my skin smooth Keeping the irritating inflammation at bay is what it takes, plus no heavy lifting for a few more days. All good. I just rarely have any pains or injuries.

Woke up in my recliner at 11:30 last night. Went to bed. Wide awake until after 4AM, woke up at 8AM. It’s rainy and very windy. Rain should be gone by noon. Didn’t do anything on farm yesterday, went to town. I guess I’ll do things in the house today.

Slept in - up at 6 -- running catch up time. Hay delivery today!

Very windy night. Then early morning thunderstorms and power out. I got little sleep so I’m bumbling around the house, yard and barn securing loose objects and checking fences. Calm now but howling wind returns soon and will last around 24 hours. I nicknamed the ranch Weathertop. Living up to it’s name today.

Because of my back pain, I wind up, moving from the bed to the recliner back to the bed then back to the recliner. I never know I am when I wake up in the dark, except when Boone gives me kisses. If he kisses me on the face, it means I’m in the recliner and I’m hanging off the armrest. If it’s the back of my head, that means I’m in bed. So grateful for Boone. He keeps me from getting completely lost.

Did something I never do anymore, stayed up past 11pm to watch a speech. Now I am awake at 4...with my alarm set to ring in less than an hour.
