Could you move that tree branch just a little bit so that we all could see this bull calf's hind quarter ?redtailgal said:Nice! Geesh, I go away for a few days and you rack it up, dont you?
I like them both, but I'll admit to liking a solid color better than a belt......dont shoot me!
Love the backline and shoulders on lil Zebbadee. Pretty little fellow and I'm sure he'll throw you some nice babies.
We've decided on a new bull out of our herd. He is a lil older than he is in the following pic, will try to get some updated pics soon. He's nice, got a back line (a lil curved in the pic but it's straight when he doesnt stand like a dork) and looked like a bull from the day he was born. He's got a pretty good attitude, despite being in the pasture with two other bulls his age (weaned 2 months ago, so I believe that puts him at around 8 months now). Still a lil spooky around people, but a little handling will get him right. He is a talker like his daddy and is already bellering for the girls.........much to my neighbors displeasure, lol. Havent named him yet. Strictly grassfed so far.

What was the "durrr" for?? I just thought you were referring to the bulls, since that's what the topic was about, not the cows in the first pic. So so sorry for the mistake... :/Symphony said:Cows were in the first picture,...durrr.
I like all Galloways but black Galloways top my personal list along with my red one. The duns and Belts always seem to have more fly issues but other than that its about the same.redtailgal said:Royd, I meant to ask you.......
Do you prefer the duns over the blacks? And do you have more problems with external parasites on the duns?
