How f
How funny, where did it come up as a ghost town? While it is true that there is only one gas station/post office/convenience store/cafe/feed store (all in one building) and a current population of about 15. We dont think of it as a ghost town. It is a ranching community and when I was postmaster for some 15 years I had 72 PO boxes rented. There used to be a school church and several other businesses here when there was a lot of old growth ceder but that is all gone now so I guess in a sense the label is true but most of the families that owned property here are still here ranching or doing deer leases. When I looked up your location, here's the response: "Roosevelt is a ghost town located 16 miles west of Junction on State Highway Loop 291 in Kimble County, Texas, United States." You're not a ghost are you?
