Hi all,

I am wondering what kind of software would be good to keep track of a herd of 15 to 20 goats.

I am interested in keeping good records of vaccinations, kiddings, etc.

Thanks,

G'day I think you could do a simple spreadsheet, goats names /numbers down the left hand side(triple spaces between) ,12 columns across the top...........item and date against each animal.......If you can do exel it should not be to hard.(I cant, but there are lots of smart people on here who can I'm sure).

I've been looking at a program called Ranch Manager. I could get it, but it's really overkill for my situation.

I just wondered if anyone used something that was for basic goat keeping?

I would be interested if you found something. I never could find something basic. So Im still writting it down. I made med record sheets and birthing sheets on each goat and keep them in a three ring. It works. :hu
