Norseofcourse - I am very interested in heritage breeds (livestock conservation). Trying to find the appropriate chickens and dual purpose cow for Tennessee's climate. I have been in PA my whole life, so TN is a big change - but a welcomed one.
I am interested in Dexter and Red Poll cattle...though neither of them are exceptionally common or cheap. So I'm sure as my research continues my plans will change.
And as a life-long horse lover, there is bound to be 1 of those in the mix as well.
