Sheep are very resilient creatures. She may not heal up in time for your show, but in a few months, you probably won’t even be able to tell she was ever hurt.

I had a lamb a number of years ago who had her entire shoulder (muscle and bone) eaten off of her by a dog. It took a long time, but she did heal up. It was gratifying to see her bouncing around with all the other young sheep that winter.

I had a lamb mauled by my dog. Tail and rump ripped off. Open wound with no skin. Healed as if it never happened.
Humans heal poorly compared to other animals. We show the scars loud n proud, while their scars almost completely vanish!

Keep it clean, bug free and it'll be gone before you know it.
