Unlike the rest, my babies are sheep, not goats. However, although not identical...much is the same and I love seeing everyone's animals and babies
Very helpful and supportive people here and you've come to the right place for goat/sheep addiction enablers

Howdy babsbag!Welcome from California. Goats are certainly an addiction here too. Started with 3 seven years ago and now have 40 and I am building a dairy. Watch yourself; I think it is contagious![]()
oh my, goat gurl you are so right and thank you for your warm welcome. i can be talking about the weather and next thing i know i'm talking about the clover in the field that needs that rain thats coming, and that leads me to talking about how much my goats really need that clover & winter rye to grow.welcome from arklahoma. and you need to know, there is no cure for goat addiction. from now on when you are talking to people and their eyes glaze over you'll know that you lapsed into goat talk again.

I too share your affection for th ND
We started over 6 years ago with 3 doelings
I still have two of the originals they will be 7 years old this next spring
We are down to 24 goats now but I think we had over 30 this summer before we reduced our numbers
Of course we are well into breeding so lots of babies this spring
Hooowdy! thanks again. so, come spring what breed do you plan on raising? here, we have Reg. Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. they are alot of fun. and just love love love their milk as well. it's top notch. they are not that big so their easier for me to take care of, looked at full size goats, but decided to go with this breed cause of their size. not to mention the kiddos are so cute. i started with 2 does. and then 4 mos later got a buck to breed them with. now 2 years later i have 10 goats. not to mention 5 of my does are due to kid in jan. 2016. so looking forward to them lil kiddos.Greetings once more (already said HI in another post)from the front range in Colorado. Sure sounds like you're addicted
Great to have ya here! Look forward to more pics and hearing more. I don't have mine yet... waiting till spring.
