Fresh or dried Rosemary goes beautifully with roast lamb. I need to plant some more here - grew lots in dry, hot southern CA. It makes a beautiful landscaping plant too with pretty blue flowers.
I had a huge rosemary bush in Lindale. Snowmeggdon in 2021 killed it. Temperatures got to -6F. I don’t know if we will ever have another extreme cold like that again, but you might want to plant yours in a flower bed next to the house where you could cover it and possibly put a small electric heater on it. My rosemary lived through many winters, snow and ice. But -6 degrees was just too cold.

My rosemary always dies during its second winter.

Your flock is growing! They all look healthy and happy.
On the hoop shelter, I drive 2 T-posts on each side for greater stability.
Thank you and Praise God, they get very little input from us.

Will doing the 2 t-post on the side make it a pain in the butt to move every 2-3 days? I don’t even know how to get those things out of the ground  another YouTube thing to watch.

In hot dry areas it is a great landscaping bush - spreads, blooms, and is super easy care. Not sure if it will grow that well here in northeast TX with the amount of rain we get. :fl
I agree, don’t think it would do as well in our rainy weather. That’s why I put it in a pot so I could move it around. I can at least transfer it to a bigger pot.
