Baby goats do much better with a buddy. It would be a good idea to try and find another goat for him.
I would def. give your remaining kid probiotics. They can't hurt him.
A stressed goat may be in danger of coccidia. Please read up on this. A cocci bloom in a stressed kid can be a fast killer.
Weather that is up and down with warm and cold can be a bugger. All I can suggest is make sure the kids have a good place to cuddle up in. You don't want to over do it though. They also need to be acclimated to where they live. So bringing them in and out of the house can be problematic.
I would take the brothers temp and note that somewhere. That way you will have a basis of comparison if he starts acting down.
Listen to this ones lungs as well. See what they sound like in a healthy animal.
